INVENTORY CLERK
STARTING AT $18/HOUR with no experience
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, hard-working Inventory Clerk to join our team. They will have prior experience in the warehouse environment and organizational skills for maintaining inventory in our warehouse. The Inventory Clerk’s role will be to maintain inventory of paper, envelopes, and other raw and finished materials to support the print and mail production floors.
Ultimately, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for the inventory of all material and supplies that come in to the facility and are transferred into and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Maintaining DXP and customer-supplied inventory
-
Receiving materials into the warehouse
-
Organizing inventory efficiently
-
Pulling and signing out inventory for production
-
Accepting and signing in any returned inventory from production
-
Supporting production staff as otherwise necessary
-
Completing a physical inventory, as needed
-
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
-
Distributing or stocking materials
-
Other various tasks as assigned
Requirements and Skills
-
Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role preferred but not required
-
Excellent math and analytical skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Forklift experience beneficial
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
PROJECT COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A project coordinator will act as a liaison between the customer/sales staff and our production staff. Identifying and defining project requirements, scope and objectives and ensuring the product is produced, shipped or mailed within the customer’s expectations. We provide the customer with the right press and shipping/mailing options to ensure the desired results are meet – or exceeded.
The best project coordinators are genuinely excited to help the customers. They are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Project coordinators can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They must have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Problem-solving comes naturally and a project coordinator must be confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high customer satisfaction.
